We have discovered a potential safety problem with the diamante trim on these socks.

The safety of our customers is our highest priority, so as a precautionary measure, we have taken these socks off
sale and are now asking customers to return them.
Please return these babies/girls socks to any QS/STORE 21/STORE TWENTY ONE store and we will happily give you a full refund. (No receipt necessary).

If you know anyone who has bought these socks please let them know about this recall as soon as possible.

We have discovered a potential safety problem with the buttons on these babies' shoes.

The safety of our customers is our highest priority, so as a precautionary measure, we have taken these shoes off sale and are now asking customers to return them.

Tuesday, 29th March 2011 ALL STORE TWENTY ONE LAMPS PURCHASED BEFORE 1ST APRIL 2011

We have discovered a potential safety problem with the plugs on our table Lamps and believe that some of the plugs maybe counterfeit. As such, we cannot be sure that they meet the high quality and safety standards which we would normally expect of our products.

Please return the Lamps to any Store Twenty One/QS store and we will happily give you a refund (no receipt necessary).

If you know anyone who has bought a Lamp from our stores, please let them know about this recall as soon as possible.
No other electrical items within our ranges are affected.
