Blog days

We'd like to welcome you to our new blog; we are so excited to start this journey with you, and it’s here that we'll be sharing our musings, insider secrets, news, style tips and so much more. So stay in touch and keep tuned in, feel free to share your stories with us too, it’s always so nice to hear from friends of Store Twenty One.

A very brief journey! Part One.

We started this project to launch the new website just a couple of months ago, to say this seemed like the impossible would be an understatement, but with a good deal of gusto, passion and enthusiasm it’s here and we are all happy and still in one piece! We are really proud of what we have achieved and hope you like it too, let us know I’m sure you will be our biggest advocates and our harshest critics!

The team have worked incredibly hard to bring you a new fresh site, for the moment there is just ladies wear featured but as we move into the spring we'll be introducing men’s, kids and home too, so you'll be able to shop your little heart out online as you would in store.

Click & Collect!

We know that our customers like to enjoy great style at purse friendly prices, so from spring we’ll also be introducing the option to choose your products online from your favourite store, and then pop into your local store to pick them up rather than getting them delivered to your door. It also gives you an excuse to have a browse too (which we all love don’t we?!).

We really hope that you enjoy your online shopping experience; we’ll be searching the globe to bring you stylish garments and products at prices that won’t break the bank. Along the way we’ll put together ‘looks for less’ so you can look and feel fantastic, we’ll introduce you to the team, share our favourite moments, songs, films, recipes, places that we love, and we hope you’ll be joinging us on the journey.

On line it's £35 but when I go to store it says reduced from £49 to £35 so couldn't get my 40% of that was text me to use this weekend it just not fair

been to your shop in Mansfield this morning, all dark inside, notice on door to say when or anything about opening times got home and tried to find out on webpage and the same nothing about opening times I am one teed off customer

I have been collecting my loyalty points now for well over a year, but have not received a text from you yet. I have been in to the Burgess Hill store in November to update my details but are still waiting. My husband & I love your goods & buy something every Saturday. Many Thanks.

Why has the store in Milton Keynes closed? It was always so busy. No notice on the door when I went up there at the weekend I emailed you to find out.

Went to the brigEnd store on Saturday were served by two lovely girls that were very pleasant and helpful very nice to see as some shop assistants are far from helpful thanks.

I visited your Newmarket, Suffolk store yesterday & an item if clothing I needed was out of stock , one of your lovely assistants called Barbara phoned another store fir me, Thetford, Norfolk & Lucy there was very helpful also & has out it by for me to collect , Thank you x Also Simon on the Customer Services tel# was very helpful too

THATS REAT LOOK FORWARD TO CLICK AND COLLECT .SAVING POSTAGE .IS IT JUST MY COMPUTER? BUT A LOT OF PROCUCT DETAILS CANT BE DISPLEYED ON DRESSES AND TUNICS ,IE MATERIAL CONTENT ,AND I CANT GET INTO THE FOOTWARE SECTION AT ALL .

The service at the chelmsley wood store is first class.The staff are always attentive to customers and go out of their way to help,nothing is too much trouble for them.The staff at the store are always working hard restocking and tidying the lines,but will do anything for you on request.Best customer service ive ever had from any retail store .
