Our Guide to Sizing

Our guide to measuring for a comfortable fit!

We want you to feel comfortable in your clothes, so that you are happy and delighted to wear your new purchases. Nothing is worse than feeling that they are too tight or pulling and that you are tugging at clothes that are too big. So our advise is don’t pull the tape measure too tight and if you find it easier, ask a friend to hold the tape measure in the right place.

Your Bust Measurement:

Remember to breath out then place the tape measure under your arms, over your shoulder blades and across the fullest part of your bust.

Your Waist Measurement:

Measure around your natural waist, this is your ‘mom’ jean natural waist point!

Your Hip Measurement:

Measure around the full part of your bottom at the top of the leg.

Where will the garment length come to on me?

Where we can provide it, we’ll give you the length of the garment, so for trousers, dresses, tunics we’ll state the overall length of the garment so you have an idea of where it will come to on you. As a rule of thumb, we photograph on a 5'6" / 5'7" model, so if the garment reaches the models knee and you are 5'2" you know it will be below your knee, if you are taller it will be a little shorter.
